You can download language packs for phpBB here, you install them in exactly the same way as you would on a normal installation of phpBB.
If you wish to set a default language for all forums please refer to this post (Please note: you will need to enter your username into your members area profile to upgrade your account to the customer group, in order to access this forum. See this for more info). |
